Nikhil Khanna

Nikhil (Nick) Khanna is the vice president, American Express partnership, and global head of co-brand credit cards at Hilton. Nikhil is a strategic leader with more than 18 years of global experience across loyalty and credit marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), brand management and retail strategy. In his current role, Nick oversees Hilton’s American Express partnership, as well as the management of a global portfolio of co-branded credit cards. He has a proven track record of driving shareholder return, using data-driven decision-making to deliver seamless customer journeys and unlocking customer lifetime value.

Prior to joining Hilton, Nick most recently served as vice president, loyalty, credit, gift cards and financial services at Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC), North America’s oldest incorporated company, where he was responsible for managing the company’s co-brand partnership Profit & Loss with Capital One for U.S. and Canada, as well as delivering loyalty and credit innovation for the portfolio’s companies, including Saks First Avenue, Saks Off5th, Hudson’s Bay and Lord + Taylor. Nick also held various marketing leadership roles at HBC across CRM strategy, loyalty, credit operations and gift cards, as well as led a multi-year loyalty reinvention project to refresh customer programs across the portfolio.

Prior to HBC, Nick held various marketing and business development positions at companies in India and the U.S., including Catalina Marketing, Colgate Palmolive and Shark Designs.

Nick received his Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University- India and his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. Nick, his wife Vasu, their two kids recently moved to from New Jersey to Virginia and are looking forward to exploring all that the NOVA area has to offer.
