SEOUL, South Korea – Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of a management agreement with Urban Bluewings Co., Ltd. for DoubleTree by Hilton Yeosu. Slated to open in 2026, the hotel will be situated in Yeosu, the second largest city in Jeollanam-do, located on the central south coast of South Korea.

DoubleTree by Hilton Yeosu will feature 179 rooms, encompassing a range of standard rooms, suites and a presidential suite to accommodate the needs of business and leisure travelers alike. The hotel will offer diverse dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a café and bar lounge. More than 370 square meters of versatile event space will cater to corporate meetings and social gatherings, while guests will enjoy an array of wellness-focused amenities including an executive lounge, a fitness center, a spa, a roof-top outdoor pool and a Korean bath house.
