Anne-Marie D’Angelo is Executive Vice President, General Counsel for Hilton. She joined the company in September 2023 and leads the company’s global legal and compliance functions.
Prior to Hilton, D’Angelo served as Molson Coors’ chief legal and government affairs officer from December 2021 through April 2023, responsible for all legal matters including corporate governance, securities law and legal support for corporate finance. Before joining Molson Coors, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NiSource Inc., a Fortune 500 NYSE listed energy holding company.
Anne-Marie also served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc., a NYSE publicly traded company. Prior to Global Brass, Anne-Marie spent 13 years at McDonald’s Corporation serving in various roles of increasing responsibility.
Anne-Marie began her career at a mid-size Chicago law firm practicing commercial real estate and corporate law. She holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross and a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
D’Angelo serves on the Advisory Council of PODER25 and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
