Vice President, Brand Management, Suites & Focused Service, Asia Pacific

A passionate and innovative hospitality professional with over 25 years of industry leadership experience, Jenny Milos serves as Vice President of Focused Service and All Suites, Brand Management in Asia Pacific, overseeing the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton brands.

Having set her sights on Asia Pacific, Milos moved to Singapore in 2020 to take on her current role, where she ensures compelling consumer and owner brand value propositions while laying the foundation for Hilton’s regional franchising strategy. She plays an integral role in the development and execution of initiatives like positioning, programming and developing prototypes for Hilton Garden Inn. She has also led regional brand launches such as the Home2 by Hilton brand introduction in China, and continues to nurture strategic account partnerships with Hilton’s master license agreements for both Home2 by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton in China.

Most recently, Milos led the All Suites & Focused Service Brand Management Performance Management team, where she was responsible for the operationalization and amplification of brand performance initiatives across a portfolio of more than 4,000 properties in the Americas. Her style of collaborative leadership and depth of expertise in the field of brand management served to help drive revenue, improve market share, foster regional growth and enhance operational excellence. 

Prior roles with Hilton include Senior Director of Focused Service Brand Performance Support and director-level leadership roles around hotel openings and services within the Hampton brand. Notably, Milos pioneered a scalable opening services approach, leading to strategic redeployment of resources while maintaining ramp up performance for opening properties. Underscoring over 16 years of experience with Hilton, Milos has clocked over a decade of on-property expertise, equipping her with strong, authentic change management skills and the ability to spark confidence and strong rapport between teams.

Milos earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She spent two fruitful years mentoring students enrolled in the Memphis Institute of Leadership Education Program within the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics.

Originally from Chicago, Milos now resides in Singapore. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, exploring the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
