Zubin Saxena, a seasoned veteran with over two decades of experience in the global and Indian hospitality industry, currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Regional Head for Hilton in South Asia. In this pivotal role, based at the Hilton corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, he leads a team of over 3,500 team members across 32 hotels, steering growth and enhancing Hilton brand's presence in 15 Indian cities.
Zubin, an alumnus of the University of Glasgow, holds a master’s degree in business administration. Before joining Hilton, he carved a distinguished career with leading brands, notably serving as the Managing Director and Area Senior Vice President at Radisson Hotel Group for eight successful years, showcasing consistent leadership excellence.
His journey also features pivotal roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and HVS, where he demonstrated expertise in strategic development, operations, and advisory capacities. Commencing as a Management Trainee in 1999, Zubin's career trajectory spans from foundational stages to executive leadership in the hospitality sector, underscoring his exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and profound understanding of the industry's dynamics.
