Keen to make up for lost time, the whole family, including grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins will jet off and check-in, seeking to combine re-unions with travel experiences.

Whether it’s building sandcastles with the grandchildren, cousins playing at a theme park, or friends relaxing together, there is no shortage of options with a multi-generational getaway. Here are just six Hilton properties ready and waiting to welcome the extended family for extended fun.

UK: Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton

With 131-rooms and apartments designed for short and longer stays, this newly-opened hotel features room types named after notable Cambridge fellows such as Kipling, Newton and Attenborough. Families can comfortably stay in a one or two-bedroom apartment or an interconnecting room, all with fully equipped kitchens and lounge areas, ideal for extended family stays in the city famous for punting and poetry.
