Britt Farrar

Britt Farrar currently leads Social Media and Influencer Marketing for Hilton. Her role oversees multiple social media disciplines including strategy, campaign planning, community management, long-term and short-term Creator partnerships and activations and hotel support for the Hilton brand plus all portfolio trading brands.

Britt brings 25+ years of communications, marketing and advertising experience to her role but has spent the last four years of her career with Hilton - most recently leading the digital performance media advertising team supporting all hotels in the U.S., Canada and Caribbean/Latin America markets.

Prior to Hilton, Britt led social media and paid media acquisition strategies for CarMax, a Fortune 500 company and the U.S.’s largest used auto retailer. While there she launched the company’s first social care team, social engagement strategy and paid social programs.
