Caroline Masterson

Caroline Masterson is Senior Director, Hilton Experiences. In her role, Caroline serves as general manager for the Experiences business at Hilton, responsible for the strategic vision of the business, defining and developing the product and services roadmap, and overseeing the curation, design, development and activation of destination-based activities and programs. Caroline works with a variety of partners to meet the passions, travel needs and expectations of customers to enhance their trip beyond the stay. Prior to Hilton, Caroline was Head of Marketing for StubHub, based in San Francisco, and prior to that she served as General Manager for the international premium beverage category at Lion, based in Sydney, Australia. She brings with her over 20 years of marketing and business development experience, working for global organizations nurturing and growing consumer brands. Caroline is a graduate of Dublin City University (Dublin, Ireland) with a BA in international Marketing, French, and German.
