As vice president of Global Business Travel Sales, Christiane leads the global sales strategy for the corporate travel segment at Hilton, aligning the efforts of Hilton business travel sales professionals around the world.
In addition, Christiane leads a North American-based team tasked with growing revenue and expanding strategic customer partnerships, including extended stay, government and professional services. In addition, her team oversees the efforts to develop and manage Hilton’s newest program, Hilton for Business, launched in early 2024, which offers innovative travel management solutions for small and mid-sized companies.
Prior to her tenure at Hilton, Christiane held roles at Amex Global Business Travel, where she served as the Vice President of the Multinational Client Group, overseeing key global client relationships. Previously, she held several roles at American Express Financial Services within the Merchant Services Group and as the President of Francorp Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in franchise program development.
Christiane is a travel enthusiast, ice hockey player and girl mom. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and BA from William Smith College. Christiane lives outside New York City with her husband Mark, 2 daughters, Sienna and Emma, and 2 dogs.
