Colette Baruth serves as vice president and commercial director of Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio, a collection of premier resorts in prime global destinations that deliver elevated leisure offerings and unrivaled options for travelers looking to escape the everyday.

In her current role, Baruth leads the commercial strategy for Hilton All-Inclusive, driving performance and growth across the portfolio. Since joining Hilton in 2021, Baruth has built a high-impact commercial team focused on forging key partnerships, cultivating customer relationships and evolving Hilton’s All-Inclusive category with a consistent focus on guest needs and expectations. With over 25 years of experience with strategic planning & development, marketing, and sales & distribution in the leisure travel and tourism industry, Baruth delivers a distinct blend of industry insight and commercial innovation to Hilton’s All-Inclusive approach.

Prior to Hilton, Baruth was senior vice president of global commerce & distribution for AMResorts Americas, where she led international sales strategy—expanding the company’s footprint across South America, Asia, and Oceania—and successfully launched two global brands. She also served as vice president of product strategy at GOGO Vacations, and vice president of product development for Mexico, Central and South America at Flight Centre Travel Group, overseeing profitability, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategy. Throughout her career, Baruth has consistently driven revenue growth, brand expansion and market awareness across the leisure travel sector.

Baruth holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University and a Language Study degree from the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. She is fluent in English and Spanish, speaks intermediate Italian, and outside of work, enjoys exploring new cultures and building connections through travel.
