Dianna Vaughan is the Senior Vice President, Global Quality Assurance, Owner Experiences and Engagement Americas & Brand Management Americas for Hilton.
In her role, Dianna ensures Hilton’s nearly 5,500 hotels across North, Central and South America deliver exceptional experiences for guests and premium returns on investment for owners. Her responsibilities include leading Hilton's efforts to develop and execute all aspects of the company's hotel franchise operations and owner support strategies and services across Hilton’s largest region.
Dianna's role spans all 18 of Hilton's industry-leading brands and includes leadership of the following teams: Global Quality Assurance, Global Brand Standards, Product Improvement and Fixed Renovation Cycle Management - Americas, Openings & Transitions - Americas, Brand Performance Support - Americas, Owner Experiences / Engagement and Owner Data and Systems.
Dianna has been with Hilton for more than 25 years, and her career is comprised of numerous hotel operations and global brand-focused roles. Most recently, as Global Head and Senior Vice President of the All-Suites Category, she was responsible for the performance of Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Prior to that, Dianna was the Global Head of several brands, including DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton. She has also previously held positions including Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, Vice President of Hilton Honors Loyalty Program Promotions and Partnerships, and Vice President of Global Enterprise Marketing.
Dianna is dedicated to a variety of charities and civic organizations and, serves on the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management's Dean's Advisory Board, the AHLA's ForWard Advisory Committee, and is the Executive Sponsor of Hilton's Memphis Community Outreach Program.
She resides in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Mark.
