Dianna Vaughan

Dianna Vaughan, Senior Vice President, Global Owner Relations, Support, and Benefits has been an integral part of Hilton for over 25 years. Her extensive experience encompasses various roles within hotel operations and global brand management.

In her current capacity, Dianna leads a diverse team spanning 23 brands overseeing Hilton’s relationships with hotel owners and key management companies. In addition, her team drives the development and implementation of tools and resources, allowing these 11,000+ stakeholders to access performance data, portfolio analysis, and the extensive range of support services Hilton offers its partners. With an expansive hotel portfolio of more than 7,600 properties across 126 countries, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maximizing returns on investment for owners is the core mission influencing decision-making and actions. Her responsibilities include spearheading Hilton’s owner support strategies and overseeing Hilton’s best-in-class Owners Club offering exclusive experiences and benefits around the globe.

Previously, Dianna served as the SVP Brand Management Americas, overseeing Brand Performance Support and Owner Relations in the Americas as well as Global Quality Assurance and Brand Standards.  In addition, she has held leadership roles such as Global Head and SVP of the All-Suites Category, overseeing the performance of Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton and has led or launched several global brands such as DoubleTree by Hilton,  Curio Collection by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton.  Her diverse background also includes positions as VP of Hilton Honors Loyalty Program Promotions and Partnerships, VP of DE&I, and VP of Global Enterprise Marketing.

Dianna resides in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Mark.
