With nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dino Michael serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head for Hilton’s luxury brands.
In his current position, he oversees the strategic growth of Hilton's luxury and residential portfolio, which includes nearly 500 hotels integrated since 2024, along with a pipeline of over 70 hotels and an expanding branded residential segment. He collaborates closely with operations teams, develops brand training and culture, and leads global brand marketing initiatives. In 2024, the luxury category was enhanced to feature five award-winning brands, including Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, NoMad Hotels, and Signia by Hilton.
Before being appointed to his current role, Michael served as Global Brand Head from 2018-2022 for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Hilton’s iconic luxury brand that will see the opening of the legendary Waldorf Astoria New York in Spring 2025. Prior to that, he oversaw global brand development as Vice President for Hilton’s luxury portfolio to drive the expansion of the brands’ international footprint by ensuring the solid growth of strong relationships between owners, brand and operations.
With a palate to match his taste in luxury fashion and design goods, Micheal began his career with Hilton spearheading global Food & Beverage operations where his role was integral in developing third-party relationships with world-renowned chefs, restaurateurs, growing the luxury and full-service portfolio of successful partners.
Prior to joining Hilton, he held senior positions at several prestigious venues in the United Kingdom, including hotel groups, branded operations, and fine dining establishments. His experience encompasses working with Accor, Guoman Hotels, and internationally recognized brands such as Caprice Holdings and Giraffe Concepts, along with serving as an independent consultant for various clients.

Born in Great Britain, Michael holds an LL.B. from The University of Law London Bloomsbury and is married with three children.
