As senior vice president, Global Head of Sales and HRCC, Frank oversees Hilton’s B2B sales strategy across all channels. He collaborates with global commercial leaders to drive coordinated strategies, fostering cross-regional and interdisciplinary teamwork. Working closely with teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, he emphasizes customer-centric approaches that create meaningful relationships and tailored solutions for clients’ unique goals and challenges.
With over three decades of hospitality sales and marketing experience—predominantly at Hilton—Frank has held various on-property, regional, and corporate leadership roles. He is actively involved in industry organizations across all travel segments, having served on the boards and committees of the Professional Convention Management Association, the U.S. Travel Association Meetings Mean Business Coalition, and the Events Industry Council APEX Business Recovery Task Force. Currently, he contributes to the US Travel Association Group Travel Network and the GBTA Allied Leadership Committee.
