Isaac Lake serves as brand leader of LivSmart Studios by Hilton, leading the development, launch and strategic direction of Hilton’s new long-stay brand. He is responsible for the overall brand strategy, development and growth to meet short and long-term goals. Lake, a dynamic brand/product strategist, boasts 15 years of proven experience across industries, building concepts into go-to-market products through research analysis-based strategies, innovative solutioning, financial planning, communication strategies, and program execution.
Lake first brought his entrepreneurial spirit and balanced understanding of both aspirational and operational product needs to Hilton’s Brand Performance Support team in 2014 and has held various roles supporting Hilton owners and key partners during his tenure. Prior to his current role, Lake served as senior director, Brand Management of Hilton Garden Inn, where he was responsible for the overall performance and growth of Hilton’s upscale focused-service brand.
Prior to Hilton, Lake grew his career while gaining valuable experience across sales, facilities and program management and real estate investment roles. Lake currently resides in Vienna, Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union University, as well as a Masters in Leadership from University of Memphis.
