Kevin Morgan is the Global Head of Tempo by Hilton and is a 24-year veteran of the hospitality industry. As the brand manager, he is responsible for the product development of one of Hilton's newest lifestyle brands. Kevin also served as the global project manager for CleanStay and was responsible for the global execution and management of Hilton's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Starting his career at Hilton as a front desk agent, he has worked his way through the organization in positions ranging from technology to strategy to brands.
Kevin served as the Senior Director of Global Brand Initiatives, setting the strategy, and managing the execution of enterprise projects for Hilton's largest category representing over 4,000 franchised hotels. Previous leadership roles and experience include Focused Service Owner Support, hotel operations, product management, brand performance support, communications, technology, and franchise support with other prominent brands such as Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and McDonald's USA.
Kevin has a BS in Management, an Executive MBA from the University of Memphis, and an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Georgia State University. His dissertation was written on brand strategy and franchising.
