Parker Henderson is the brand leader of Graduate by Hilton – a lifestyle hotel brand located in some of the most dynamic university towns across the US and UK. He is responsible for driving the brand’s success and growth while delivering nostalgic, community-centric stays across the portfolio.
Parker joined Hilton in 2003 at Hilton Austin and expanded leadership and responsibilities at various managed hotels over the next decade. Joining Commercial Services in 2012 on the Corporate Front Office Team exposed him to brands, franchise leadership and the larger organization. In 2021, Parker joined the Embassy Suites team as Brand Director and boosted service scores for the brand through education and competitions. His other key projects included Embassy Suites’ brand identity and prototype refresh to best resonate with today’s traveler.
An advocate for lifetime learning, Parker has a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality leaders and serves as an Adjunct Professor for Virginia Tech. For five years, he has earned high ranks leading master’s students through two different courses and uses his professional relationships to bring the industry to the classroom.
Parker lives in Washington DC with his husband, Kit. They thrive by traveling and experiencing the cultures of the world with friends and family.
