Theodora De Souza is the brand leader for Motto by Hilton – a brand offering customizable, accessible and connected travel experiences for a new generation of explorers. De Souza is responsible for creating and executing Motto’s brand strategy and culture, spearheading growth and development and driving performance.
Prior to becoming Motto’s Brand Leader, De Souza served as the director of brand hospitality and development for Hilton's Lifestyle category. As director, she implemented strategies to strengthen commercial performance and guest satisfaction for Motto and Canopy by Hilton. She also has a background in Hilton’s Focused and All-Suites categories, serving as director of performance optimization within brand performance support. A trusted advisor with Hilton’s B2B customers, De Souza has held progressive roles within Hilton Worldwide Sales, most recently as director of business travel sales.
De Souza holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
