Couples Bet on Love as Microweddings Trend Continues into 2021

Hilton spotlights package offers ahead of engagement season

Alongside “unprecedented,” the term “microweddings” made its way onto wedding calendars and into wedding plans in a big way in 2020. The trend has been embraced by couples who are still looking to hold wedding ceremonies during the pandemic with fewer guests, making for an intimate and memorable experience.

With engagement season quickly approaching and 2021 becoming “the year of the wedding” several Hilton properties are offering unique microwedding packages, providing couples with an array of options to celebrate their special day.

Backed by the recently-launched Hilton EventReady with CleanStay, highlighted packages include:

WALDORF ASTORIA LAS VEGAS

Lovebirds can enjoy a two-night stay in the hotel’s Villa Suite with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of Las Vegas Boulevard and City Center, a welcome bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, an intimate wedding ceremony in the couples’ Villa Suite and a licensed officiant. The package also includes a professional photographer, choice of a honeymoon cabana* or high tea for two in the stylish Tea Lounge, round-trip luxury transportation to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau and two embroidered face masks. *Seasonal offering

Each package may be paired with a “marry now, party later” special for couples who want to host a larger celebration once restrictions are lifted.

The packages are also available to book at the nearby Casa Marina Key West, A Waldorf Astoria Resort and rates may vary.
