Game Day Recipes: Create the Manning’s Manhattan & TN Orange This Football Season

Graduate by Hilton Knoxville, located on The Strip, a short walk from the University of Tennessee and Neyland Stadium, offers travelers a school-spirited stay perfect for any Vols fan. 

Saloon 16, the hotel’s western-inspired bar and restaurant, was created in partnership with Peyton “The Sheriff” Manning and features a selection of Manning’s own personal football memorabilia on display. It’s an ideal place to watch a game and enjoy a meal, or pre-game before attending a game in person.

Manning’s Manhattan from Graduate by Hilton Knoxville

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
• ½ oz Cointreau
• 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Ice
• Orange peel for garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a barfly or large glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a glass.
3. Finish with orange peel garnish.

TN Orange from Graduate by Hilton Knoxville

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz Vodka
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Vanilla Extract
• ½ oz Orange Juice
• ½ oz Pineapple Juice
• Ice
• Dried orange slice for garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Finish with dried orange slice garnish.
