Makes 1 Drink
Ingredients
- ½ oz Blood Orange Syrup
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Club Soda
Directions
- Fill a wine glass with ice
- Add Blood Orange Syrup
- Add Prosecco
- Add Aperol
- Top with Club Soda
- Garnish with blood orange and serve
Cook’s Note
- For a slightly sweeter cocktail, increase Blood Orange Syrup to ¾ oz
-Garnish: Blood orange may be dehydrated or fresh. Dehydrated blood orange wheel may be placed vertically in the drink or attached to the side of the glass using a miniature clothespin. If fresh, use a half-wheel and place vertically in the drink.
