Hilton Garden Inn Expands Footprint in Cairo

In partnership with Leopard Construction, Hilton Garden Inn Cairo East is the third property for the brand in Egypt and expected to open in 2024

CAIRO, Egypt - Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of a management agreement for the third Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Egypt. In partnership with Leopard Construction, Hilton Garden Inn Cairo East is scheduled to open in 2024.  

Delivering on the brand’s promise to make each guest’s stay better and brighter, Hilton Garden Inn Cairo East will offer upscale and affordable accommodations featuring 250 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, two bars, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and a 300-sqm meeting space. The hotel will be located within Leopard Construction’s mixed-use development of ’East Cairo’, comprising recreational and cultural zones, in addition to residential, medical, educational and administrative zones.

Located on Ismailia desert road, the hotel is situated on the newly revamped road network connecting the new development projects within East Cairo together. As such, Hilton Garden Inn Cairo East enjoys a prominent location that’s conveniently connected to Cairo International Airport, the New Administrative Capital, Obour City, Shorouk City, as well as a number of renowned educational facilities, making it a practical base for both leisure and business guests.

This latest management agreement brings the total pipeline to nine hotels for Hilton within Egypt as part of its portfolio of brands – joining 14 hotels operating under its Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts brands.
