The two renowned chefs, who together hold seven Michelin stars, will each oversee one of the hotel’s signature restaurants when it opens its doors in 2026.
The culinary collaboration marks an exciting step for Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch as the historic building is restored back to its former glory ahead of its unveiling as a world-leading luxury hotel next year.

Under its Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand, Hilton - in partnership with Reuben Brothers - is transforming the storied landmark into a 100 key luxury hotel. The hotel will exemplify the Waldorf Astoria brand, meeting the needs of discerning global travellers and Londoners while honouring its historic past.
