Concacaf and Hilton - Official Hotel of the Concacaf Champions Cup and Concacaf Women's Gold Cup

MIAMI – The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) today named global hospitality leader Hilton (NYSE: HLT) as the Official Hotel Partner for the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup and 2024 Concacaf W Gold Cup. This strategic partnership highlights Hilton’s commitment to providing exceptional stay experiences to fans throughout the competitions, and offers unique experiences to the more than 180 million Hilton Honors members around the world.

“We're excited about our partnership with Hilton, and the exciting opportunities for fan engagement it will deliver at the Concacaf Champions Cup and the Concacaf W Gold Cup. The introduction of the Concacaf Champions Cup with its enhanced format, and the first-ever edition of the W Gold Cup – the region’s premier international women’s tournament – not only promises to enhance the experience for fans attending these competitions but also celebrates our commitment to both men's and women's football,” stated Heidi Pellerano, chief commercial officer, Concacaf. “Hilton's exceptional hospitality will ensure our supporters enjoy unforgettable moments, whether at the games, through unique Hilton-sponsored activities, or by staying at their properties. This partnership is about crafting memorable experiences and fostering a deeper passion for football across our region.”

As a pioneer in the hospitality industry for over a century, Hilton will offer football enthusiasts unmatched hospitality and best-in-class benefits designed to elevate the viewing experience. Fans can forge new connections at Hilton-sponsored watch parties, immerse themselves in the game’s excitement in the Hilton Fan Zone at Concacaf matches and indulge in exclusive Hilton Honors Experiences, making every game an occasion to remember.

"As we embark on this exciting partnership with Concacaf, we look forward to welcoming football fans to Hilton properties across the Americas region, including the Caribbean and Latin America,” said Gino Abbate, vice president, Americas Marketing, Hilton. “We recognize football is not just a sport but an integral part of the region’s cultural fabric, and aim to create authentic experiences that resonate deeply with fans. From world-class food and beverage programs to unrivaled accommodations that prioritize wellness, Hilton is rooted in elevating the stay experience for guests all around the world.”

With access to Hilton's portfolio of 22 world-class brands, Hilton Honors members can benefit from earning Points on their stay to redeem toward future experiences at Concacaf matches, adding another layer of exclusive benefits for travelers.

The Concacaf Champions Cup, the leading men's continental tournament, takes over from the Concacaf Champions League. It determines the Confederation’s men’s club champion and serves as the pathway to the newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup in 2025, taking place in the United States. This tournament features a direct elimination format across five rounds: Round One, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and a single-leg Final. Alongside a new name and brand, Concacaf has expanded the competition's format and notably boosted the financial distributions and prize money for clubs.

The inaugural Concacaf W Gold Cup features a six-team Preliminary Round and a 12-team group stage, culminating in a three-round Knockout Stage. The tournament's Final on Sunday, March 10, at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California, will see Concacaf's premier women’s national team crowned, marking the end of a cycle of elite women’s football in the region that also encompassed the 2022 Concacaf W Qualifiers and the 2022 Concacaf W Championship.
