MADISON, Conn. - Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, a AAA Four Diamond Award-winning boutique resort and chosen Hotel of the Year by Hilton, hosts A Taste of Tuscany on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. This exclusive dinner, featuring wines from Tenuta Torciano Winery, is part of the hotel’s Epicurean Series.
A "wine conductor" direct from Tuscany’s 300-year old Tenuta Torciano Winery will discuss their wines paired with this dinner. Tenuta Torciano is the product of the passion and hard work of a Tuscan family for over three centuries and 15 generations. Today, Pierluigi Giachi, together with his wife Luciana Cilemmi and son Emanuele Bartolomeo Giachi, carries on an ancient family tradition. Giachi does not like to call himself a winemaker, but rather a countryman of Tuscany.
The wine will be paired with a Tuscan-inspired menu created by Wharf Restaurant Chef Jay Taylor.
