The New Hilton Québec Set To Reopen on January 1

QUÉBEC CITY - On January 1, 2021, Hilton Québec, owned by InnVest Hotels, will reopen its doors to guests following a year-long renovation to reveal a $70 million interior and exterior transformation. The debut will feature a completely reimagined and contemporary hotel encompassing a new exterior, guestrooms, public areas, restaurants and meetings and event spaces. Making way to a completely new experience, the result of the most important renovation in its history.

Redesigned Experience

The hotel’s makeover is absolutely spectacular. The rooms have a modern, elegant and warm look, offering awe-inspiring views of Québec City. The reception, dining and meeting areas, as well as the prestigious ballroom of the Hilton Quebec, have all been completely redesigned.

Eat and Drink

Culinary connoisseurs can look forward to inventive food and beverage offerings from renowned Executive Chef Simon Renaud showcasing local, authentic ingredients from Québec and Canada. Situated in the hotel’s lobby, the new restaurant concept is set to debut soon. 

Innovative Technology

As part of the renovation, guests can now personalize their experience with Digital Key available via the Hilton Honors App. With Digital Key, guests can check-in and choose their room in advance of their stay and during their visit, access their hotel room, fitness center, pool and other hotel areas requiring a key, using their smartphone. After a long day of travel, guests can swiftly bypass the front desk and head straight to their room, using Digital Key to unlock their door and enjoy contactless check-out before moving onto their next destination.

Guests will enjoy extra peace of mind from check-in to check-out with Hilton’s new program, Hilton CleanStay, which delivers an industry-leading standard of cleanliness and disinfection in Hilton properties across the world. New standards for Hilton CleanStay include a Hilton CleanStay Room Seal to indicate that a room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, “knock and go” dropped-off room service, contactless check-in, extra disinfection on the most frequently touched spots in-room, and flexible housekeeping options.

For meetings and events, guests can look forward to a redesigned ballroom and all meeting space that will provide groups of any size with an impression of grandeur, warmth and authenticity.
