MCLEAN, Va., – Leading global hospitality company, Hilton (NYSE: HLT) received two No. 1 rankings in the J.D. Power 2024 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study, with its hotel brands topping the list in the Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay and Midscale segments for the second consecutive year. 

Marking the 4th J.D. Power award for each brand, Tru by Hilton ranked highest in the Midscale segment, while Home2 Suites by Hilton achieved the top rank in the Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay segment. In total, 13 of Hilton’s world-class hotel brands were recognized in this year’s study for their exceptional commitment to guest satisfaction, nine of which ranked at or above their respective segment’s average.

The North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study, now in its 28th year, measures overall hotel guest satisfaction based on performance in six factors (in alphabetical order): communications and connectivity; food and beverage; guest room; hotel facility; staff service; and value for price. The study benchmarks the performance of 103 brands across nine hotel segments and is based on responses from 39,468 branded hotel guests for stays between May 2023 and May 2024.
