Aaron Dembroski

As the Global Wellness Director at Hilton, Aaron Dembroski plays a critical role in developing and executing strategies to enhance and expand wellness programming across Hilton's global portfolio of 22 world-class brands. Bringing 15 years of industry experience to Hilton, Aaron's background includes roles at Equinox Fitness in both club operations and spa, where he most notably served as Director of Spa Operations supporting more than 90 locations in North America and the UK. Most recently he held the position of Director of Studios at MiniLuxe and was instrumental in steering operational management and strategic growth for the brand. Aaron's comprehensive understanding of wellness is also underpinned by his background as a licensed massage therapist.
