Alan Roberts serves as Brand Leader of Hilton Garden Inn. He is responsible for overall brand strategy, including driving growth and development, diversifying and increasing revenue, building and sustaining guest loyalty and brand culture.
Roberts brings over 30 years of hospitality experience, spanning roles from porter to General Manager. In his previous role, he served as the Global Head of Embassy Suites by Hilton. His journey with Hilton began in 2004, initially as a Director within the Hilton Garden Inn Brand Performance & Sales Support team. Over time, he ascended to the position of Vice President. In 2016, Roberts assumed his inaugural Global Head role with Embassy Suites by Hilton, where he dedicated four years before stepping into his current role.
Roberts graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Hospitality Management.
