Since joining Hilton in January 2018, Alan has led the company to maintain its lead as the fastest growing hotel company in Asia Pacific. Today, 1 in 4 hotel rooms under construction bears a Hilton flag and the company is on target to exceed 1,000 trading hotels by 2025. Under Alan’s leadership, Hilton opened its largest property in Asia Pacific, launched its 700th hotel and surpassed 150,000 rooms. This growth trajectory is bolstered by recent landmark signings that will debut the iconic Waldorf Astoria brand in Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia and India, as well as the successful expansion of the award-winning Hilton Garden Inn brand under both management and franchised agreements across the region.
