Chris Wilroy is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Hilton. He leads the company’s global Commercial Services team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, along with the planning and execution of Hilton’s global performance management cycle. Chris’ responsibilities include Hilton’s global Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales, Regional Marketing and Distribution functions, as well as critical pieces of Hilton’s market-leading innovations across these business areas.
Chris began his career in hospitality in 1998 as a Revenue Analyst with Hilton and held various positions in Commercial Services, Revenue Management, and Brand Performance Support through his career. In 2015 he was honored by HSMAI as the Revenue Management Professional of the Year and one of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization in 2016. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Finance and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children.
