Drew Iddings is vice president and global brand leader for DoubleTree by Hilton. In this role, he oversees brand strategy, growth, guest experience, commercial performance, and owner value creation across a diverse global portfolio. Drew is focused on sharpening DoubleTree’s positioning while driving disciplined portfolio expansion and long-term brand health.
Prior to joining Hilton, Drew served as vice president and global brand leader, Premium Classic Brands at Marriott International, where he defined and activated brand strategies for Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, and the All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy resort collection. He elevated product, service, and guest experience touchpoints to strengthen brand preference among consumers and owners, improve performance, and accelerate global development.
Earlier in his career, Drew was head of brand marketing and corporate sponsorships at Constellation Energy, where he optimized advertising, sponsorship, and content investments to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth across business and residential segments. He also led the launch of Constellation’s corporate brand following its separation from Exelon Corporation, helping establish the company as an independent Fortune 200 enterprise.
Drew began his career at The Hershey Company, where he spent more than a decade in progressive brand and marketing leadership roles. He built and scaled global partnership and promotions strategies, led the turnaround of the Gum & Mints portfolio, and launched more than $200 million in new confectionery products.
Drew earned a B.A. in Public Affairs from American University and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. He resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and two sons.
