Elizabeth Scruggs is the brand leader of Tapestry Collection by Hilton. In this role, she oversees the brand’s strategic direction and growth. She also focuses on enhancing brand identity, driving consumer/owner engagement and ensuring the brand's unique, original nature is reflected across the portfolio.
Previously, Elizabeth served as vice president of Brand Engagement, Sustainability & Insights within Hilton Supply Management (HSM). She was crucial in developing global programs, advancing responsible sourcing & sustainability initiatives and leading Hilton's award-winning supplier inclusion program. Before her time in HSM, Elizabeth held several leadership positions within Hilton's Owner Relations function. There, she developed strategies to increase engagement and loyalty among the global franchisee community. Prior to Hilton, Elizabeth was a strategic account manager at Root Inc., a part of Accenture, where she specialized in strategy development, communications, change management and senior leadership alignment for Fortune 500 companies.
A graduate of Washington & Lee University, Elizabeth started her career in the U.S. Senate and later led PAC fundraising for congressional and presidential campaigns. She is a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality and the American Hotel & Lodging Association Women Forward, both of which empower women in the travel and hospitality industry. She resides in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and two children. She also serves as the executive vice president on the PTA Board of Directors.
