Jeff Moore is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Hilton, leading the company’s global Technology organization and helping advance innovation to enhance the guest and team member experience and create value for owners.
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience leading technology, engineering, product, and operations organizations on a global scale. Before joining Hilton, he served as Vice President of Software Engineering at Uber, where he led teams of more than 2,500 engineers and scientists across 10 global technology hubs. His leadership spanned Uber Eats, Uber for Business, Applied AI, and other major areas of the business.
Earlier, Jeff spent 11 years at Amazon.com in leadership roles spanning fulfillment operations, product management, and software engineering. He was a founding leader of Fulfillment by Amazon and later led engineering and product organizations supporting Amazon’s device portfolio, including Kindle, Fire TV, Fire Tablet and Echo/Alexa products. At Anheuser-Busch, Jeff held software engineering and operations leadership roles.
Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management of Computer Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He holds three issued U.S. patents and serves on the boards of Edmund Optics. He also chairs the Marketplace Committee for Edmund Optics.
