Meghan Fitzgerald serves as the brand leader of Signia by Hilton, Hilton’s approachable luxury brand offering elevated service, sophisticated design, destination bars and restaurants, and best-in-class meeting and events capabilities, all tailored to the needs of today’s global traveler. In this role, Fitzgerald is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and overall commercial performance of the brand.
Since joining Hilton in 2016, Fitzgerald has held several positions and worked on many strategic initiatives and impactful projects for Hilton’s brands. Most recently, Fitzgerald served as sr. director, Luxury Brand Management, focused on developing strategy and driving growth for Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts brands in the Americas. Fitzgerald also played key roles in launching Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, as well as integrating the NoMad Hotels brand into Hilton after it was acquired.
Fitzgerald’s academic background includes an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business – where she first became interested in a career in hospitality through a student consulting project in the hotel industry – and a bachelor's degree in art history from the University of Virginia. Outside of the office, Fitzgerald lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and son.
