CAIRO, Egypt - Salam Properties has signed a strategic partnership with Hilton to develop three new hotels in New Cairo, New Mansoura, and New Damietta, under the renowned DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands.

The agreement was signed by Ahmed Kassem, vice chairman and CEO, Salam Properties, and Carlos Khneisser, vice president, development, Middle East and Africa, Hilton. The signing took place at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.

Ahmed Kassem expressed pride in the collaboration with Hilton, a leading name in hotel management, noting that this partnership will elevate the level of services and provide a modern experience for Salam Properties’ clients. He emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to offering the best to its customers since its inception in the Egyptian real estate market.

He added that this partnership reflects Salam Properties’ dedication to enhancing investment value across its developments and aims to create an attractive environment for both investment and tourism in the cities where these projects will be established. Under the agreement, Hilton will brand and manage the three hotels as part of Salam Properties’ upcoming projects.

These hotels will operate under the renowned DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands. Kassem stated that the partnership would strengthen the investment value of Salam’s projects by offering reliable hospitality services to both residents and visitors. With Hilton’s exceptional reputation in hospitality, this collaboration is expected to ensure long-term success for both parties and transform the projects into thriving destinations that attract international investors and tourists alike.

Carlos Khneisser said, “We’re excited to collaborate with Salam Properties on three projects that will add great value to our growing portfolio in Egypt. We look forward to expanding our country presence with these new projects through our global DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands. Our goal is to provide the same level of modern comfort and world-class hospitality that guests have come to expect from Hilton properties worldwide.”

He added that Hilton is always keen to select premium locations and strong, unique partners — which made Salam Properties and its developments a perfect fit.
